Grant obtained his contractors license in 2019 at the age of 20. He started his construction company shortly after that specializing in new construction, from unique speculative house designs to Multifamily complex developments. He also owns and operates an excavation and earth work company. This background gives Grant the ability to make sure our investment properties are up to the KGN standard and resolve tenants issues quickly. 

Kody earned his MBA from West Virginia University in 2021. Prior to completing, he maintained a management position at a local apartment complex consisting of nearly 500 units. This opportunity helped develop his extensive background in leasing, project supervision, human resource management and financial analysis.

​Nick earned his marketing degree from West Virginia University in 2021. After college he began working for a manufactured homes company as the director of operations.  Nick also manages 4 mobile home parks. This background gives Nick the skill set to evaluate deals and keep the company moving forward in a positive light.
